テレビ東京のバラエティ番組のディレクターである友人酒井に、

私がアートとして扱った”映像”の”素材”を渡す。

そしてその“素材”を、

“TV番組にするなら、どうすれば面白くなるか“

議論し、

必要だと言うシーンを付け加え、

最終的に再編集してもらった。

I thought "Interesting" in Art, and in a TV show is completely different.

So,I gave the videos of my artwork to a friend of the TV director.

And I asked him to remake it more “interesting" by his values.

Friend: I think cleaning at McDonald’s is too boring.

me: oh sorry...but what do you mean?

Friend: I mean something doesn’t explode, and even you don’t fall down from there!

me: you are right. I didn’t fall from there and everything you expect didn't happen.

アート　と　テレビ（大衆番組）の価値観は、

私たちが思う以上に、断絶があるように思った。

アートになじみのない多くの人とアートに取り組む私たちとの

価値観との違いを互いにぶつけて、浮かび上がらせようとした。

アートと社会の距離感をなによりも考えたかった。
